Vangsavath Hotel Rooms

The manager of the hotel Pinky is incredible. So helpful in so many ways. I got sick and was in bed for a couple of days and she made sure that Im comfortable and taken cared of. She also helped with the scooters and guided us on what to do around the city.

Cleanest and friendlier

Wooden interior. Pinky is a nice and helpful person with great level of English. Strong shower current, so women can wash their hair easily. Free shuttle to Night market (we had a car, so we did not use it, but nice to have such option).

This is a pretty decent hotel, situated about 2.5 kms from the night market. To the credit of the staff, they offered me a free ride into town every time they saw me leaving the hotel. The rooms are little a dark but did have a decent hot water shower and reasonable wifi. The staff were helpful.

Nice old style colonial hotel. A wee bit out of the way, but they provide a free shuttle service into town, the staff were excellent, they couldnt do enough for you.Hotel wasnt new, but kept very clean. Nice and quiet location with little garden to the rear of the hotel.

Nice and comfortable rooms, with good ac and mosquito net in front of the window. Good shower with good pressure and hot water. The staff was very nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! The hotel is a bit outside of the old part of the town but there is a shuttle service and they drove as whenever we wanted into the city (5min).

As before, it has been a great pleasure to stay at Vangsavath hotel , with the outstanding friendliness and help when needed of Khun Pinky & all his staff !

Staff were excellent went above and beyond! very welcoming and helped us book bus to waterfall then sorted our train tickets to van vieng and transfers!

The hospitality is unmatched!!! Everyone was super sweet and helpful. The moment we were greeted, we knew we made the right choice staying here. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The shuttle service and free bike rental were convenient.

The hotel is in a very pleasant old Colonial building. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. They couldn't have been more so, arranging a wonderful trip to the waterfall (and recommending an excellent restaurant there the "Carpe Diem"). They also organised a fantastic boat trip up the Mekong River for us, with a really good meal on board, for only $30 each. The hotel also has a free shuttle into town and back, in a rather eccentric old rattletrap (which can also pick about 8-10 people up from the Airport, with bags, though not free on that journey).

Welcoming and clean hotel with great staff. I loved that I could borrow a bike everyday to go to the centre of Luang Prabang (10 minutes on a flat road). Comfortable bed, available snacks, the room was cleaned everyday. Shuttle bus is a plus (to and from the hotel, 3x/day), as well as motorcycle renting (10$/day).

The hotel manager, PInky was fantastic! From the moment I arrived she provided myself with excellent customer service. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable as before I arrived I was in a motorbike accident. The facilities were spotless and the breakfast was light and refreshing. I would definitely stay again! Great quality and comfort for the price.

Friendly, clean, and aesthetically pleasing place. Pinky is great to deal with. They offer trips to the market free and arrange other tours. Will book train tickets. Perfect.

The best service that you can imagine in a Luang Prabang hotel. Pinky has helped us with suggesting activities and organising them, and at a competitive rate. The hotel shuttle was flexible around our schedules and was more than enough to compensate the location of the hotel that is slightly further from the city centre.

The reception Pinky is such a warm person. She would take care of all customers' needs. I just felt like being at home during the 3 nights. The room is comfortable. I like the boutique and vintage style of the hotel. Best experience in Laos!

It was comfortable, safe and accessible to all tourist destination. The staffs are hands-on to their guests. Nothing left unattended.

I love the deco, the ambience of the hotel. The architectural structure allows for the guest to feel at home as if Ancient Laos never transformed into the 21 century. Love Pinky and Mama.

The stuffs are very friendly and good at English. You will feel like a family.

We only stayed one night at Vangsavath Hotel because we were looking to rent a house. The hotel management and employees were so nice and helpful, they provided us shuttle service to help us in our visits and to move to the house we rented. Aside from that, the hotel is perfectly clean and the breakfast is awesome. We also had dinner and we were all satisfied. Again, the personnel was very caring and gave a perfect service. Please be kind with them!

Free shuttle from and to airport as well as to the central area of the village. Feel of an old, colonial times further augmented through nice, old pictures of the past Luang Prabang. Quiet location.
